Abstract
TOKYO (Standard & Poor's) April 19, 2010--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services today published a Japanese-language report detailing the updated structure and issuance data for Japan Housing Finance Agency's structured notes. On April 1, 2007, Japan Housing Finance Agency (JHF; AA/Negative/A-1+), an incorporated administrative agency, was established to inherit the receivables and obligations held by the former Government Housing Loan Corp. (GHLC), as well as GHLC's operations. GHLC began issuing regular residential mortgage-secured pass-through notes in March 2001, and its Series S notes in August 2005. With GHLC having issued 53 series of regular notes and 10 series of Series S notes, its total issuance amount stood at about -5.8 trillion as of March 31, 2007. From April 2007, JHF inherited...
