Abstract
TOKYO (Standard & Poor's) Jan. 28, 2011--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services said today that its ratings on structured notes issued by Japan Housing Finance Agency (JHF; AA-/Stable/A-1+) and the former Government Housing Loan Corp. (GHLC) would not be affected by our downgrade of JHF on Jan. 27, 2011 (see media release 'Six Japanese Public Institutions Downgraded Following Japan Sovereign Action; Outlooks Stable.')
