Standard & Poor's Ratings Services affirmed its 'AAA/A-1' rating on GS Municipal Products LLC's floater certificates series 2008-13TP, relating to the state of Connecticut Health & Educational Facilities Authority's (Yale University) revenue bonds series Z-1. The liquidity facility provided by Wells Fargo & Co. has been extended to Dec. 15, 2012. The long-term component of the rating is based on the rating on the underlying bonds (CUSIP #: 20774UPP4).
