NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's) Feb. 7, 2012--Standard & Poor's Rating Services has revised its outlook on Kenton County Airport Board, Ky.'s general airport revenue refunding bonds, issued on behalf of Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG), to negative from stable. At the same time, Standard & Poor's affirmed its 'A-' rating on the airport's revenue bonds outstanding. "The outlook revision reflects our view of continually declining enplanements, resulting in an increased cost per enplanement at a fully-residual, medium-hub airport that has competition from nearby airports and no additional debt plans," said Standard & Poor's credit analyst Georgina Rovirosa.
