Abstract
DALLAS (Standard & Poor's) Feb. 8, 2012-- Standard & Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'AAA' enhanced program rating and 'AA-' issuer credit rating (ICR) to Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District (ISD), Texas' approximately $113.8 million series 2012 unlimited-tax school building and refunding bonds. At the same time, Standard & Poor's affirmed its 'AA-' ICR and long-term rating on the district's existing general obligation (GO) debt. In addition, Standard & Poor's affirmed its 'AAA' program rating on certain series of the district's GO debt. The outlook on all ratings is stable.
