Abstract
NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's) Feb. 9, 2012--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services today lowered its rating on the notes class from Infiniti SPC Ltd.'s Kenmore Street Synthetic CDO 2006-2 to 'D (sf)' from 'CCC- (sf)' (see list). The downgrade follows a number of credit events within the underlying pool of corporate reference entities. We received final valuations on the credit events in the underlying portfolio, which indicated that losses in the portfolio had caused the notes to incur partial principal losses.
