Carlyle Daytona CLO Class C-2 Note Rating Corrected To 'AA+ (sf)' Feb 12

Abstract NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's) Feb. 9, 2012--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services today corrected its rating on the class C-2 notes from Carlyle Daytona CLO Ltd. by lowering it to 'AA+ (sf)' from 'AAA (sf)' (see list). Due to an error, we did not lower our rating on the class C-2 notes, which are backed by U.S. treasury strips, to 'AA+ (sf)' when we lowered 154 other U.S. structured credit ratings on Aug. 10, 2011, after lowering of the long-term sovereign credit rating on the United States of America to 'AA+'. Today's rating action corrects this. STANDARD & POOR'S 17G-7 DISCLOSURE REPORT SEC Rule 17g-7 requires an NRSRO, for any report accompanying a credit rating relating to an asset-backed security...
