Abstract
OVERVIEW We raised our ratings on two classes from LightPoint CLO VII Ltd. and removed them from CreditWatch with positive implications. We affirmed our ratings on three classes from the same transaction and removed two of them from CreditWatch positive. The upgrades mainly reflect an improvement in the credit profile of the assets available to support the notes since our December 2009 rating actions, when we lowered our ratings on all of the notes.
