Building on the long established UK Domestic B2B Parcels Distribution Survey, which has been providing the express parcels sector with valuable carrier benchmarking information for almost a quarter of a century! and similar express parcel distribution surveys for France, Germany, Spain, Saudi Arabia, India, & UK Pallets & UK International over recent years, Triangle introduced in 2008 a UK B2C Parcel Distribution Survey which recognised the increasing importance of the home delivery sector. The 2009 Report is Wave 2 in this new series of express distribution surveys.

This specialist home distribution survey consists of a sample of 405 completed in depth telephone interviews held with the decision maker for UK Domestic B2C deliveries of parcels ½ kg – 30 kg. All interviews are carried out to the standards laid down by the Market Research Society of Great Britain.

The report also includes a Service Summary for each of the carriers included in the survey together with a Trend Analysis for regular and consistent subscribers.
