Compuware Gomez Advances in UEM, Mobility and End-to-End Diagnostics with 2011 Fall Gomez Platform Release

On November 1, 2011, Compuware announced what it positioned as "a new major release of its integrated application performance management (APM) solution, the Compuware Gomez platform." The announcements targeted a wide ranging set of capabilities including expanded support for mobile testing and monitoring with new support for streaming media, as well as advances in end-user-experience analytics that leverage Compuware's unique breadth and depth in synthetic and observed monitoring inside and outside the firewall, including advanced support for SAP applications. Compuware also made further significant strides in its integrations with dynaTrace's PurePath technology, and strengthened its relationship with Google with the integration of Google Mobile Page Speed. While the announcement occurred on November 1st, the new SaaS functionality was generally available on October 2, 2011, and the on-premises versions of the Gomez products will be available in early November.
