Abstract
In conjunction with our full/event driven review of the company, we are reviewing our recovery rating and issue level debt rating on Mexico's media and entertainment company Corporacion Interamericana de Entretenimiento S.A.B. de C.V. (CIE; B-/Developing/--). Our recovery rating on CIE's $200 million senior unsecured notes is '4', indicating our expectation of average (30% to 50%) recovery for unsecured lenders in the event of a payment default. Outstanding debt was $13.7 million as of Dec. 31, 2011. The issue rating is 'B-' (the same as our corporate credit rating on the company). Our simulated default scenario contemplates a default in 2013, as a result of the company's inability to divest some of its assets, achieve a capitalization, have extraordinary dividend...
