The outlook is stable. The affirmation reflects our opinion of the hospital's adequate operating performance, although softer than in previous years, good balance sheet, strong market position, and declining utilization. Douglas County Hospital is considering a strategic opportunity that may involve additional debt, which we will evaluate at the time of issuance.
