Standard & Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'AAA' long-term rating to St. Louis County School District C-2 (Parkway), Mo.'s series 2012A general obligation (GO) refunding bonds and series 2012B taxable GO refunding bonds. At the same time, Standard & Poor's assigned its 'AAA' issuer credit rating (ICR) to the district's 2003 GO refunding bonds that is eligible and qualified for the state of Missouri intercept aid program. The rating on these bonds carry the district's ICR because the ICR is higher than the state's rating. Finally, Standard & Poor's affirmed its 'AAA' long-term and underlying (SPUR) ratings on the district's previously-rated GO debt. The outlook on all ratings is stable.
