Abstract
Standard & Poor's Ratings Services lowered its ratings on Ribco Trust's floating rate and residual interest trust receipts series 2006 FR-K76 and RI-K76, relating to Nebraska Investment Finance Authority's single-family housing revenue bonds series 2006F, to 'AA+/A-1' and 'AA+' from 'AAA/A-1' and 'AAA', respectively, and removed them from CreditWatch with negative implications. This action follows Standard & Poor's Aug. 8, 2011, downgrade of the rating on the underlying bonds to 'AA+' from 'AAA' and removal from CreditWatch with negative implications. The long-term component of the rating on the floating and residual receipts is based on the rating on the underlying bonds (CUSIP #: 63967C4R0).
