Abstract
Standard & Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'AA/A-1' and 'AA' ratings to Barclays Capital Inc.'s floater and residual certificates series 2011-105W, respectively, relating to Illinois Housing Development Authority's homeowner mortgage revenue bonds series 2006 subseries A-2. The long-term component of the rating on the floater and residual certificates is based on the rating on the underlying bonds (AA). The short-term component of the rating on the floater certificates is based on the rating on Barclays Bank PLC until Aug. 1, 2026.
