Standard & Poor's Ratings Services has assigned its 'AA-/A-1' rating to Ribco Trust's floating rate trust receipts (floater-TRs), series 2006 FR-K2. The long-term component of the rating is based on the AGM-insured underlying bonds, City of Atlanta, Ga.'s water and wastewater revenue bonds, series 2004. The short-term component of the rating is based on a liquidity facility provided by Citibank N.A. expiring June 15, 2012. In addition, Standard & Poor's assigned its 'AA-' rating to Ribco Trust's residual interest trust receipts (RI-TRs), series 2006 RI-K2. The rating is based on the AGM-insured underlying bonds, City of Atlanta's water and wastewater revenue bonds, series 2004.
