Abstract
Standard & Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'AA-' issuer credit rating (ICR) and long-term rating to El Paso County Consolidated School District No. 38 (Lewis-Palmer), Colo.'s series 2012 general obligation (GO) refunding funds. At the same time, Standard & Poor's affirmed its 'AA-' ICR and long-term rating on the district's previously issued GO bonds. Finally, Standard & Poor's affirmed its 'A+' underlying rating (SPUR) on the district's previously issued certificates of participation (COP). The outlook on all ratings is stable.
