Abstract
Operating performance and credit measures at Elmwood Park, N.J.-based food and protective packaging firm Sealed Air Corp. have improved in recent quarters. We are revising our outlook to positive from stable and affirming the 'BB+' corporate credit rating. The positive outlook reflects our expectation that management policies will support the company's improved credit quality, particularly after the payment related to the pending asbestos-related settlement agreement.
