OVERVIEW We raised our ratings on the class B, C, and D notes from Canaras Summit CLO Ltd. We affirmed our ratings on the class A-1, A-2, and E notes from the same transaction The upgrades reflect performance improvements we have observed in the transaction's underlying asset portfolio since our last rating action. NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's) March 26, 2012--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services today raised its ratings on the class B, C, and D notes from Canaras Summit CLO Ltd., a U.S. collateralized loan obligation (CLO) transaction managed by Canaras Capital Management.
