(STHI), a provider of contract sterilization and ionization services, overwhelmingly reflects Standard & Poor's Ratings Services' expectation that it will continue to be very highly leveraged, largely a result of its acquisition by GTCR Fund IX in 2011. We expect STHI's revenues to grow at a mid-single-digit annual rate with fairly stable EBITDA margins, and continued generation of free operating cash flow.
