Abstract
Standard & Poor's Ratings Services affirmed its 'A' long-term rating on the Lincoln County Hospital Authority No. 1, Neb.'s series 2009 and 2002 revenue bonds and its 'A' underlying rating on the authority's series 2002 revenue bonds issued for Great Plains Regional Medical Center (GPRMC). The outlook on both ratings is stable. The rating reflects our view of GPRMC's solid business position and financial profile with continued healthy operating levels and liquidity growth resulting in financial metrics that are strong when compared with those of similar size hospitals.
