STOCKHOLM (Standard & Poor's) Feb. 10, 2005--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services said today it raised its foreign currency long-term corporate credit rating on Iceland-based electricity generation and transmission company Landsvirkjun to 'AA-' from 'A+'. At the same time, Standard & Poor's affirmed its 'AA+' long-term local currency corporate credit rating and its 'A-1+' short-term foreign and local currency corporate credit ratings on the company. The outlook is stable.
