Abstract
Sensata Technologies B.V. reported third-quarter operating results that showed meaningful improvements in profitability year-over-year and better sequential trends. We are affirming the ratings, including the 'CCC+' corporate credit rating. We are revising the outlook to stable from negative. The outlook revision reflects improved business trends, which reduce the risks of a covenant violation in the near term. On Nov. 2, 2009, Standard & Poor's Ratings Services affirmed the ratings on Attleboro, Mass.-based Sensata, including the 'CCC+' corporate credit rating. At the same time, we revised the outlook on the company to stable from negative.
