On March 12, 2012, Standard & Poor's Ratings Services issued its "Request For Comment: Management And Governance Credit Factors" and is seeking comments from market participants by April 12, 2012. The proposed criteria lay out an approach to evaluating the overall effectiveness and credit supportiveness of an issuer's executive management and its board of directors.
