Standard & Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'AA+' long-term rating to the Illinois Finance Authority's $143 million series 2012A fixed-rate bonds, the Maryland Health & Higher Educational Facilities Authority's $92 million series 2012B fixed-rate bonds, the Rutherford County Health & Educational Facilities Board, Tenn.'s $47 million series 2012C series fixed-rate bonds, the Wisconsin Health & Educational Facilities Authority's $95 million series 2012D fixed-rate bonds, and the Illinois Finance Authority's $101 million series 2012E multi-annual put bonds, all issued for Ascension Health Alliance (AHA).
