Abstract
Standard & Poor's Rating Services affirmed its 'AA-' long-term and underlying rating (SPUR) on Ball State University (BSU), Ind.'s outstanding student-fee bonds. At the same time, Standard & Poor's affirmed its 'A+' underlying rating (SPUR) on the university's existing parking revenue bonds. The parking revenue bonds' rating is differentiated from the student-fee bonds' rating because of a more narrow security pledge. Standard & Poor's does not rate the university's housing and dining system revenue bonds. The outlook on all ratings is stable.
