Jiangsu Jiangyin Rural Commercial Bank Co. Ltd.'s (Jiangyin Rural Bank) credit profile is characterized by weak asset quality, high concentration risk, and moderate capitalization. Offsetting factors include the bank's satisfactory profitability and fair liquidity profile. The bank's information disclosure has improved. Its 2006 financial statements were prepared in accordance with relevant accounting standards and were audited by a Chinese accounting firm. Jiangyin Rural Bank was converted from Jiangyin Rural Credit Cooperative Association in December 2001 and is located in Jiangsu, a prosperous coastal province.
