At the same time, Standard & Poor's assigned its 'A+' long-term rating and stable outlook to the district's series 2012B unlimited-tax GO refunding bonds and affirmed its 'A+' long-term rating and underlying rating (SPUR), with a stable outlook, on certain GO debt of the district not issued under the Texas Permanent School Fund Guarantee Program.
