Standard & Poor's Ratings Services has affirmed its 'AA-' underlying rating (SPUR) on North Lebanon Township Municipal Authority, Pa.'s guaranteed sewer revenue bonds and guaranteed water revenue bonds. The outlook is stable. North Lebanon Township's full faith and credit pledge, pursuant to the guarantee agreements, secures the bonds. The rating reflects our view of the township's: Stable property tax base with strong wealth and good income indictors, Very strong general fund balance at fiscal year-end 2011, and Moderate debt burden. North Lebanon Township is a residential community in central Lebanon County. It has an estimated population of 11,200 and is less than 30 miles from Lancaster, Pa.; Reading, Pa.; and Harrisburg.
