Abstract
NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's) July 13, 2012--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services lowered its underlying rating (SPUR) on Fort Carson Family Housing LLC, Colo.'s class I military housing revenue bonds series 1999 to 'AA (sf)' from 'AA+ (sf)'. The outlook is stable. "The downgrade was triggered by the lowering of the rating cap on military housing deals to 'AA' from 'AA+' following the release of our criteria," said Standard & Poor's credit analyst Renee J.
