Abstract
Standard & Poor's Ratings Services affirmed its 'BBB+' long-term rating on the Illinois Finance Authority's $91.925 million series 2009 revenue refunding bonds and its 'BBB+' underlying rating (SPUR) on the authority's $200.8 million of series 1999A and 1999B fixed-rated revenue bonds issued for Resurrection Health Care (RHC). Standard & Poor's also affirmed its 'BBB+' SPUR and 'AAA/A-1+' joint-criteria rating on the authority's $119.1 million series 2005B bonds, and its 'BBB+' SPUR and 'AA+/A-1' joint-criteria rating on the authority's $119.8 million series 2005C bonds. The outlook on all ratings is stable. The long-term component of the 'AAA/A-1+' joint-criteria rating on the series 2005B bonds is based jointly on the obligor and the letters of credit (LOC) provided by JPMorgan Chase Bank...
