Abstract
We are assigning a 'B' corporate credit rating to U.S. enterprise software solutions provider Triple Point Technology Inc. We are also assigning a 'B+' issue rating with a recovery rating of '2' to the company's $10 million senior secured revolving credit facility and $125 million term B loan. The stable outlook reflects our expectation for moderate but stable free cash flow generation and adequate liquidity, as well as for limited deleveraging over the next year. On July 7, 2011, Standard & Poor's Ratings Services assigned a 'B' corporate credit rating to Westport, Conn.-based Triple Point Technology Inc., a U.S. provider of enterprise software solutions for trading and risk management of commodities.
