Abstract
Standard & Poor's Ratings Services is publishing a list of Asia-Pacific (ex-Japan) structured finance transactions for which it provided a material rating agency confirmation (RAC) during the month of June 2012. Standard & Poor's provides RACs as written indications that on the occurrence of a specified event, a given structured finance rating would not change as a result of that event. We maintain a database of transaction amendments, and will provide a list of such amendments on a monthly basis. From June 1, 2012, to June 30, 2012, Standard & Poor's provided RACs for the amendments to the Asia-Pacific (ex-Japan) structured finance transactions listed in the table below.
