Abstract
Standard & Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'AA+/A-1+' rating to Illinois Housing Development Authority's series 2012A variable rate demand multi family housing revenue bonds, issued on behalf of Woodlawn Six, LP (Woodlawn Six Apartments), based on the delivery of a direct-pay credit enhancement agreement provided by Freddie Mac (AA+/A-1+). The outlook is negative. The credit facility is sized at principal plus 35 days' interest calculated at the maximum rate of 12% on the bonds. Bonds will initially bear interest at a weekly rate, but can be converted to a reset or fixed rate.
