Dasani in the deep end. Coca-Cola’s strategy for develop Dasani into a global bottled water brand has been stalled with the withdrawal of the product shortly after launch in the UK. This is much more than a costly affair for Coca-Cola. There has been some damage to the company’s integrity and the European launch of Dasani has been put on hold. This is despite the fact that the brand was to be spring water in other markets.
