Vietnam's mobile penetration is currently only just about 4%. However, Vietnam's mobile subscribers, a country with 81 million people are expected to grow, by 35% in the next 14 months. CDMA cellular service in Vietnam is going to be significant with SK Telecom providing the technological expertise and Samsung and LG Electronics providing the marketing muscle.
