Best Practices in Corporate Communications (BPCC) studied 250 Web sites of companies on the Fortune 500 list and measured their content against the set of 38 criteria originally used in our corporate Web site studies in 1997 and 2002.
Corporate Web sites showed a dramatic improvement over the last two years since our 2002 Web Study. There was improvement in almost every category. Web sites became more informative, more interactive, and easier to navigate.
