Abstract
OVERVIEW Ocean Trails CLO II is a CLO transaction managed by West Gate Horizons Advisors LLC. We raised our ratings on the class A-2, A-3, B, and C notes from this transaction. Simultaneously, we affirmed our ratings on the class A-1 (voting), A-1 (nonvoting), and D notes. We also removed our ratings on all of the classes in this review from CreditWatch positive. The upgrades reflect the improved credit quality within the transaction's underlying asset portfolio since our March 2012 rating actions.
