Abstract
NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's) Jan. 24, 2013--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services today withdrew its 'CCC-' corporate credit rating on Chelmsford, Mass.-based Airvana Network Solutions Inc. at the request of the company. As of Jan. 23, 2013, all debt had been repaid, and the rated credit facility was terminated. As a result the issue level rating is also withdrawn.
