Abstract
Standard & Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'A+' issuer credit rating (ICR) to Lyon County School District, Nev.'s series 2013 general obligation (GO) limited-tax refunding bonds. In addition, Standard & Poor's affirmed its 'AAA' long-term rating on the district's GO debt outstanding, reflecting the credit enhancement of the Nevada School District Bond Guarantee Program. At the same time, we affirmed our 'A+' ICR, long-term rating, and underlying rating (SPUR) on the district's GO bonds outstanding. The outlook on all ratings is stable.
