DALLAS (Standard & Poor's) Feb. 15, 2013--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services has placed its 'A+' ratings on Lawrence County, Tenn.'s outstanding general obligation bonds on CreditWatch with negative implications. This action follows repeated attempts by Standard & Poor's to obtain timely information of satisfactory quality to maintain our ratings on the securities in accordance with our applicable criteria and policies. Failure to receive the requested information by March 4, 2013 will likely result in our suspension of the affected ratings, preceded, in accordance with our policies, by any change to the ratings that we consider appropriate given available information.
