Research Update: Dave & Buster's Inc. Rating Raised To 'B' From 'B-'; Outlook Stable Feb 13

Abstract
Dallas-based restaurant and out-of-home entertainment company Dave & Buster's Inc.'s has continued to report good operating performance and improved leverage, and we expect the company can sustain these trends. We are raising our ratings on the company, including raising the corporate credit rating to 'B' from 'B-'. The stable outlook reflects our view that the company will continue to increase EBITDA from store openings and same-store sales, which will help to keep leverage at about 6x. On Feb. 15, 2013, Standard & Poor's Ratings Services raised its corporate credit rating on Dallas-based restaurant and out-of-home entertainment company Dave & Buster's Inc. to 'B' from 'B-'.
