S&P Corrects ASEAN Regional Scale Rating On Singapore Post Senior Perpetual Cumulative Securities Feb 13

SINGAPORE (Standard & Poor's) Feb. 19, 2013--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services today corrected its ASEAN regional scale rating on the senior perpetual cumulative securities by Singapore Post Ltd. (SingPost) to 'axAA+' from 'axAAA'. We are amending the ASEAN scale rating after discovering an administrative error when the ratings were first assigned on Feb. 23, 2012 (see "Singapore Post Ltd.'s Proposed Senior Perpetual Cumulative Securities Assigned 'A+' Ratings").
