Gives each source's address, phone number, and, when available, product descriptions, prices, and specifications. Organized alphabetically by FDA/MDR standard product names, listed with associated codes.

Section I—Manufacturer Profiles I-1 to I-1145
Presents detailed information on approximately 13,000 North American manufacturers listed in the MDR. Gives company name, address, telephone and fax numbers, and e-mail and Web site addresses, plus method of distribution, type of ownership, and, when available, number of employees, date founded, annual revenue and medical product sales volume, quality system information, federal procurement eligibility, key executives' names, size of sales and marketing staffs, and names of subsidiaries. Also lists each company's products and the medical specialty areas with which the products are associated. Organized alphabetically by company name.
Section II—Geographical Index II-1 to II-161
Lists all manufacturers profiled in Section I. Organized alphabetically by city or municipality within each state. Canadian and Mexican manufacturers are listed alphabetically by company name at the end of the section.
