Integrated Optics In Multiplexing, Switching and Computing: A Five-Year Forecast

This report provides worldwide market forecasts for integrated products in the inter-related areas of multiplexing, switching and computing. Both volume and value forecasts are included and wherever possible forecasts are broken out by network segment. Volume I contains a detailed discussion of the forecasting methodology used, as well as three chapters covering array based products, AWG + X devices, and optical chips/hybrid chipsets. Also included is an introductory chapter that discusses CIR’s findings with regard to equipment manufacturers’ requirements for these kind of products and their suppliers.
