2000 Product Development Metrics Research Highlights
Goldense Group Inc, Jan 2002, Pages: 48
In measuring corporate and R& D performance, 86% of companies had a stated metrics set or could easily derive one for corporate metrics, but only 75% could either state or quickly derive the metrics set for measuring R& D. This indicates the greater process maturity in corporate metric portfolios compared to R& D metrics. This finding from the Goldense Group, Inc. (GGI) 2000 Product Development Metrics Survey provides the first industry assessment of measurement maturity. This 'Highlights' report is the 'management summary' of the 2000 GGI Product Development Metrics Survey, based on responses from 121 companies in a wide range of industries. The 'Highlights' report includes the most recent and specific information and analysis available on R& D linkages to corporate strategy, portfolio management metrics, product selection metrics, product success metrics, and R& D metrics used in industry.
