The term Host Access Management, or networking legacy data in the enterprise, has traditionally been used to describe products that manage and secure host connections, as well as applications that access information across an enterprise. Increasingly, such products are based upon Web technologies, allowing companies to leverage their existing infrastructure while using up-to-date technology.
