Negotiating a "Hot Site" Agreement
Faulkner, March 2003, Pages: 8
A computer 'hot site' is a fully-facilitated, fully-functional machine room that is available to client companies in the event of a disaster. A hot site allows companies to continue critical data processing activities even while their primary facilities are being repaired or replaced. This report considers what to look for in a good hot site and how to negotiate a fair and reasonable hot site agreement.
