The Multi-Dwelling Unit (MDU) represents a significant percentage of US households. In 2000, there were a total of 31 million MDUs in the US (in condos and apartments with 2 or more units). This report explores the market opportunity for MDU broadband, as well as the unique communications needs of MDU residents. Service revenue forecasts for 2004 through 2009 are provided for both in-building and central office based deployments.
