About the Author:
Lee Miles is Reader in European Politics, Jean Monnet Professor and Director of Europe in the World Centre (EWC) at the University of Liverpool, UK. He is also Associate Fellow of the European Programme at Chatham House (RIIA) and a Docent in Political science at Karlstad University in Sweden.
